Bom dia,
Brasil Team arrived 4 days ago to Sao Paulo. It has been a heavy trip and we spent more than 35 hours, but the passion that each of us has was stronger than the tiredness of the trip. Finally we are here, Brasil is another environment completely different than the places we have been but the main problem is the language. Our portugues (except Ana) is not very good and we can’t understand almost nothing that the people says, but we are in process.
About the projects, we are on fire and we are willing to do things. On monday Brasil Team have meet to make the Premotorola, to put some objectives to achieve here, to make a calendar of the week and to define our roles in the team. Finally we decided that:

Financial leader: Susana Fernández
Communication leader: Juan Felipe Fonseca
Customer tandem leaders: Ana Aguirre & Ander Rozas
Also we have made our Golden Circle taking in count our personal “why” to make our team “why”.
That is all I have to say at the moment. We wil keep in contact and we wil try to write in this blog with our experiences and projects.
